The YoYo artists Naoto Okada and Shu Takada are truly exceptional talents. Both are multiple YoYo World Champions and embody Japanese values in a remarkable way: extremely friendly, yet highly precise in their artistry—always presented with elegance and understatement. Naoto and Shu have known each other since childhood and adolescence. Over the course of their individual careers, they have won an impressive total of eight world championship titles. They have also received prestigious awards: Naoto at the Newcomer Show, and Shu at Young Stage. In 2022, they decided to join forces and founded the company Toy Toy Toy. With their innovative act, they won the Silver Medal at the Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain in 2025—a major milestone in their career. Whether performing one-handed or two-handed, Naoto and Shu seem almost magically connected to their YoYos. Their tricks are perfectly timed, incredibly fast, and extraordinarily precise. So captivating that audiences want to watch their performance again and again to catch every movement and detail. They are also among the very few YoYo artists worldwide who have mastered the complex Diabolo YoYo technique. They perform with classic YoYos, YoYos connected by loose strings, and even YoYos on extra-long strings. These highly demanding techniques require intensive training and create striking visual images and fascinating movements on stage. But Toy Toy Toy impress not only through technical mastery: their shows also stand out for their dynamic choreography, carefully curated soundtracks, and a great deal of charm.
